For privacy enquiries, please contact us at: privacy@lotteryanalyser.ie

3. Third parties who receive your data
Google LLC (AdSense & Analytics)
If you accept cookies, Google AdSense may set cookies to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history. Google may also use the DoubleClick cookie to track ad impressions. You can opt out at any time via Google Ad Settings. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Vercel Inc. (Hosting & Analytics)
Our site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure (US). Vercel processes server logs including IP addresses for security purposes under a Data Processing Agreement incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses. Vercel privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Supabase Inc. (Database)
Lottery draw data is stored in Supabase (US). We do not store any personal data about site visitors in Supabase — only lottery draw results used to power the analysis tools. Supabase privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.
TheLotter & Lottoland (Affiliate Partners)
Some pages contain affiliate links to TheLotter and Lottoland. If you click these links, those services may set their own cookies to track the referral. We earn a commission if you register and make a purchase — this is disclosed clearly at the point of each link. These services' privacy policies govern any data they collect.
4. International data transfers
Our hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase) are based in the United States. Data transfers to these providers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission under GDPR Article 46. Both providers have signed Data Processing Addenda with us incorporating these SCCs.
5. How long we keep data
We do not maintain a long-term database of visitor personal data. Server access logs are retained by Vercel for a limited period for security purposes (typically 30 days). Your cookie consent preference is stored in your browser's local storage and expires after 6 months, after which you will be asked again.
6. Your rights under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — ask us to restrict processing of your data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for cookies at any time (see below)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@lotteryanalyser.ie.
7. Cookies and consent management
We use a cookie consent banner to obtain your consent before loading any non-essential cookies (advertising, analytics). You can accept or reject all non-essential cookies when you first visit the site.
To withdraw or change your consent at any time, click "Manage cookies" in the footer of any page. Your consent will be reset and the banner will reappear.
For full details of the cookies we use, see our Cookie Policy.
